Paul Butcher

Paul founded CommonSensing AI in 2025 in response to the massive need for responsible AI understanding and capability building across the sector. He spent nine years at Save the Children in senior leadership roles including Acting Chief Marketing Officer and Global Digital Strategy, and was instrumental in the development of the AI strategy and governance.

He is a Certified AI Governance Professional (AIGP) and a graduate of the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme.

Joel brings a hands-on, systems-thinking approach—prototyping workflows, building generative AI tools, and translating strategic goals into working solutions that teams can own and scale.

Kristina is a transformation strategist with over two decades of experience advancing social impact across Africa and Asia. An MBA in Strategic Innovation, she is a member of the multi-organization AI strategy workstream including with Save the Children, Mercy Corps and CARE.  She combines a deep understanding of nonprofit systems with the ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, ethical tools that work in the real world—helping organizations collaborate, learn, and scale responsibly.

Robert Manning

Robert is a global marketing and digital transformation leader with experience spanning Fortune 500 and social-impact innovators—including Cochlear, Medtronic, J&J Vision, Citi, and Coca-Cola—he led Cochlear’s first enterprise AI strategy, developing the roadmap, governance model, and pilot implementations that moved the company from experimentation to scaled adoption.  

Robert brings a hands-on approach to helping nonprofit and foundation leaders build clarity, ownership, and measurable value in their AI initiatives.

Kathlin Argiro

Kathlin is the founder of Artisans, Ethics & AI. She has 20+ years fashion industry experience including co-creation partnerships with major retailers. Pioneered first AI symposium at Fashion Institute of Technology and created cross-institutional AI-fashion programme with H Farm College, addressing ethical technology adoption in fashion industry transformation.

Kathlin has a Master's in Global Fashion Management and teaches at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
